Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
te taṁ bhuktvā swarga-lokaṁ viśhālaṁ
kṣhīṇe puṇye martya-lokaṁ viśhanti
evaṁ trayī-dharmam anuprapannā
gatāgataṁ kāma-kāmā labhante||21||

Meaning : After enjoying the vast pleasures of heaven, when their earned merit is exhausted, they return to the mortal world. Thus, those who follow Vedic rituals and seek desires keep going back and forth between higher and lower worlds.

Chapter 9 : Rāja Vidyā Yog(9.20)

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
trai-vidyā māṁ soma-pāḥ pūta-pāpā
yajñair iṣhṭvā svar-gatiṁ prārthayante
te puṇyam āsādya surendra-lokam
aśhnanti divyān divi deva-bhogān||20||

Meaning : Those who study the three Vedas, drink the Soma juice, and are purified of sins, worship Me through sacrifices, seeking to reach heaven. Gaining merit, they go to the heavenly realm of Indra and enjoy divine pleasures.
