Chapter 9 : Rāja Vidyā Yog(9.34)

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
man-manā bhava mad-bhakto mad-yājī māṁ namaskuru
mām evaiṣhyasi yuktvaivam ātmānaṁ mat-parāyaṇaḥ||34||

Meaning : Keep Me always in your mind, be devoted to Me, worship Me, and bow down to Me. By doing so with a mind fixed on Me, you will surely come to Me, O self-controlled and devoted one.

Chapter 9 : Rāja Vidyā Yog(9.33)

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
kiṁ punar brāhmaṇāḥ puṇyā bhaktā rājarṣhayas tathā
anityam asukhaṁ lokam imaṁ prāpya bhajasva mām||33||

Meaning : How much more then, O Arjuna, should the pure-hearted Brahmins, devotees, and royal sages worship Me, knowing that this world is temporary and full of suffering?

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
māṁ hi pārtha vyapāśhritya ye ’pi syuḥ pāpa-yonayaḥ
striyo vaiśhyās tathā śhūdrās te ’pi yānti parāṁ gatim||32||

Meaning : O Arjuna, those who take refuge in Me, though born in sinful families, women, merchants, and workers, also attain the highest spiritual goal.

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
kṣhipraṁ bhavati dharmātmā śhaśhvach-chhāntiṁ nigachchhati
kaunteya pratijānīhi na me bhaktaḥ praṇaśhyati||31||

Meaning : One who is devoted to Me becomes righteous very quickly and soon attains lasting peace. O son of Kunti, know this for sure: My devotee never perishes.

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
api chet su-durāchāro bhajate mām ananya-bhāk
sādhur eva sa mantavyaḥ samyag vyavasito hi saḥ||30||

Meaning : Even if a person with very bad conduct worships Me with exclusive devotion, he should be considered righteous because he is firmly resolved.

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
samo ’haṁ sarva-bhūteṣhu na me dveṣhyo ’sti na priyaḥ
ye bhajanti tu māṁ bhaktyā mayi te teṣhu chāpyaham||29||

Meaning : I am equal to all beings; I have no hatred or favor. But those who worship Me with devotion, they are dear to Me, and I am dear to them.

Chapter 9 : Rāja Vidyā Yog(9.28)

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
śhubhāśhubha-phalair evaṁ mokṣhyase karma-bandhanaiḥ
sannyāsa-yoga-yuktātmā vimukto mām upaiṣhyasi||28||

Meaning : By dedicating all your actions — whether good or bad — to Me, you will be freed from the bonds of karma. A person who is united with the yoga of renunciation becomes liberated and comes to Me.

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
yat karoṣhi yad aśhnāsi yaj juhoṣhi dadāsi yat
yat tapasyasi kaunteya tat kuruṣhva mad-arpaṇam||27||

Meaning : Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whatever you offer in sacrifice, whatever you give away, and whatever austerity you perform — do all of this as an offering to Me.

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
patraṁ puṣhpaṁ phalaṁ toyaṁ yo me bhaktyā prayachchhati
tadahaṁ bhaktyupahṛitam aśhnāmi prayatātmanaḥ||26||

Meaning : If a person offers Me a leaf, a flower, a fruit, or even water with devotion, I accept it — offered with a pure heart and sincere love.

Chapter 9 : Rāja Vidyā Yog(9.25)

Chapter 9: Rāja Vidyā Yog
yānti deva-vratā devān pitṝīn yānti pitṛi-vratāḥ
bhūtāni yānti bhūtejyā yānti mad-yājino ’pi mām ||25||

Meaning :Those who worship the gods go to the gods; those who worship the ancestors go to the ancestors; worshippers of spirits go to them — but those who worship Me come to Me.
