Chapter 8: Akṣhar Brahma Yog
yad akṣharaṁ veda-vido vadanti
viśhanti yad yatayo vīta-rāgāḥ
yad ichchhanto brahmacharyaṁ charanti
tat te padaṁ saṅgraheṇa pravakṣhye||11||

Meaning : That imperishable state which the knowers of the Vedas speak of, into which the desireless ascetics enter, which is sought by those who live a disciplined, celibate life, that supreme goal I shall briefly explain to you.

prayāṇa-kāle manasāchalena
bhaktyā yukto yoga-balena chaiva
bhruvor madhye prāṇam āveśhya samyak
sa taṁ paraṁ puruṣham upaiti divyam||10||

Meaning : At the moment of death, with a steady and unwavering mind, joined with devotion and the power of yoga, by concentrating the life-force between the eyebrows, one properly controlling prana, attains that Supreme Divine Person.

Chapter 8: Akṣhar Brahma Yog
kaviṁ purāṇam anuśhāsitāram
aṇor aṇīyānsam anusmared yaḥ
sarvasya dhātāram achintya-rūpam
āditya-varṇaṁ tamasaḥ parastāt||9||

Meaning : Whoever remembers the ancient, supreme knower and controller, the smallest of the small (the subtle essence), the source of all, who has an inconceivable form, whose color is like that of the sun,and who is beyond all darkness (ignorance).
