abhisandhāya tu phalaṁ dambhārtham api chaiva yat
ijyate bharata-śhreṣhṭha taṁ yajñaṁ viddhi rājasam||12||

Meaning : But sacrifice performed with the intention of gaining rewards, and done with hypocrisy and show, O best of Bharata, is considered rajasic (passionate).
