ādvedānāṁ sāma-vedo ’smi devānām asmi vāsavaḥ
indriyāṇāṁ manaśh chāsmi bhūtānām asmi chetanā||22||

Meaning : Among the Vedas, I am the Sama Veda.Among the gods, I am Indra (Vasava).Among the senses, I am the mind. And among all living beings, I am consciousness.
