sa evāyaṁ mayā te ’dya yogaḥ proktaḥ purātanaḥ
bhakto ’si me sakhā cheti rahasyaṁ hyetad uttamam||3||

Meaning : That same ancient yoga has been taught to you today by Me, because you are My devotee and My friend. This is a great and supreme secret.
