prakṛityaiva cha karmāṇi kriyamāṇāni sarvaśhaḥ
yaḥ paśhyati tathātmānam akartāraṁ sa paśhyati || 30||

My Understanding : Who drives the universe—humans or God? Are you responsible for all the activities, or is it the divine presence guiding everything? All these events unfold through the power of nature, not through human will or the Supreme Soul.
