yā niśhā sarva-bhūtānāṁ tasyāṁ jāgarti sanyamī
yasyāṁ jāgrati bhūtāni sā niśhā paśhyato muneḥ|| 69||

My Understanding : The world is shaped by how you perceive it. Everything depends on what you see and how you see it.
