tattva-vit tu mahā-bāho guṇa-karma-vibhāgayoḥ
guṇā guṇeṣhu vartanta iti matvā na sajjate || 28||

My Understanding : When we act with ignorance, we mistakenly believe that we are the ones doing things on our own, but in reality, it is God who is guiding us. We must transcend our ego and accept that it is God who enables us to perform all actions.
