tulya-nindā-stutir maunī santuṣhṭo yena kenachit
aniketaḥ sthira-matir bhaktimān me priyo naraḥ|| 19||


My Understanding : You should free yourself from both comforts and discomforts, able to detach from all material possessions, people, situations, and attachments.
